Rob Edwards and Gary O'Neil are two of the early names under consideration to succeed Vitor Pereira as head coach of Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Pereira was sacked on the weekend following the squad's ten-game winless beginning to the Premier League campaign.
And Edwards and O'Neil - both of who have historic links to the team - are part of the options to be evaluated by the Wolves leadership.
Edwards is currently at another club, which would create a potential obstacle to his appointment at Molineux.
